We know many of you will recognise Dionne, our Assistant Salon Manager at Hair Solved Manchester.
Back in December Dionne, spent a few days at our Glasgow Salon.
She has kindly taken time to share some of her experiences of the salon and Glasgow at Christmas.
It was a very special few days…
I have been to the Salon in Glasgow before, but the first time I visited the salon was quite a few years ago. My first visit was for a “Natural Hairline Application” training session. It is always great to get the opportunity to be able to develop our skills and whilst the training was fantastic this visit felt very different.
This time I was actually working alongside my Glasgow colleagues in their beautiful new salon. It is so spacious and such a wonderfully calm environment that clearly puts clients at ease the moment they arrive.
Hair Solved Glasgow had been incredibly busy in December with many new clients looking to transform their hair loss. They had diverse conditions and were experiencing all forms of hair loss from Covid related Telogen Effluvium to Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia.
I was so happy to be able to assist my colleagues.
So, I was delighted to be able to assist in ensuring that all the new clients had their systems fitted before Christmas. Whilst still making sure our existing clients had the level of service, they know they can expect from the Glasgow Team.
Being able to fit the systems before the New Year felt so special as it meant these ladies would have beautiful hair, big smiles and a renewed confidence throughout Christmas and beyond and that makes my job so worthwhile.
Glasgow is a lovely city to be in at Christmas.
It was really lovely to be in Glasgow in December. Not only to see clients so happy and confident with their new hair at such a special time of year. But also to soak up the atmosphere of Glasgow at Christmas too.
I went for walks every night and the Christmas markets were amazing. I even tried my first battered sausage in a local chippy.
It was a pleasure to spend time with my colleagues and it is just another positive aspect of working for Hair Solved. Our clients come first and that is why we love what we do. I won’t forget my week at Hair Solved Glasgow.
