I have alopecia and have done so since I was about 10 years old. It was manageable for years, I could hide my patches but more recently it got much worse. For me, the hardest thing about the condition is its unpredictability, it made me worry. Having suffered from menopausal hair thinning which was really affecting my confidence, I spent many months researching the options to resolve this issue.
